The Real Estate and Finance / Broker program is divided into two parts, which cover a broad spectrum of real estate and finance fields. The program is designed to develop students into versatile and proficient workers, as a real estate salesperson / broker / manager / clerk / appraiser, or loan officer / processor. Other opportunities exist within national franchises, banks and lenders. The Real Estate and Finance/Broker program is filled with a variety of day-to-day operations training, which will lay solid foundation for student academic and professional careers. This program will prepare student to be a real estate salesperson, real estate broker, real estate manager, and/or real estate appraiser in accordance with Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 6531.
